Can't say enough about Ted and his complete focus on the job at hand. We had a purple tub, circa '1983, that now looks like a brand new white tub! And then the following day, he worked his magic on our shower stall, same era, that was IVORY (more like yellow). It was not in great shape before, but now, it looks brand new, in white. There were a few spots that were not coming up to his satisfaction, so he came back TWICE to work on them, at no charge, and the end result is nothing short of a miracle. And super clean and tidy as well! We highly recommend this company, if pulling out a tub or shower enclosure is NOT what you want to do!

After years of tolerating my chipped and pink tub, Permashine has made my bathroom look new!

My name is Rick Sair and I am the General Manager of the Best Western Plus Uptown Hotel.
I have been looking for a reliable company to refinish the non slip protective finish on the bottom of our Bathtubs for quite some time. I have had numerous companies wanting to refinish them for us, but I have never felt comfortable with any of them or the proposed methods they wanted to use. Our property is only 12 years old but the tubs that were originally Installed had a very poor non slip surface on the bottom which quickly wore off and gave left a dirty unclean appearance.
We have tried numerous methods and products to try to clean them without success. In January of this year through another Hotel partner who was at that time using Perma Shine Bath to do some tub and tile refinishing, we just happened to broach the subject and I was invited to see the process and meet Ted and Dawn. I was very impressed with what I saw and with the professional manner in which both Ted and Dawn displayed. I quickly received a quote from them and arranged our tubs to be refinished in March of 2012 . From the onset the thoroughness that they both displayed was amazing. I always thought that I would never meet anyone more fussy than myself until I met Ted. Ted is the consummate professional.
On his own accord he went back to several rooms to redo the finish on Baths that he felt were not perfect. To my eye and others they were fine but Ted was not satisfied. The finish in his mind must be perfect ! The whole process was efficient and they worked within our schedule.

We would like to thank Perma Shine Bath for the work they have done in the Best Western Hotel in Kelowna.
We had a number of Bathtubs with scratched and discoloured bottoms, Perma Shine came in and Refinished many of our Baths with a good colour match and the work was done in a timely manner. We also had Bathtubs that were cracked and a few with holes that they were able to repair. So far all the work they have done is holding up very well. I have no problem with the work and results we have seen, and I have also hired Perma Shine in our others properties that I manage to do complete colour changes on the Bathtubs from purple, green, and blue to a white. We found the company knowledgeable about our different issues we had and they were very willing to find solutions for all our concerns.
We will continue to use Perma Shine Bath for any Bathroom Fixture Restoration we may have in the future.
I do recommend Perma Shine to anyone that is considering having a Bathtub Refinished or Repaired.
